TopicLadder does not currently provide public accounts, voting, comments, uploads, or personalized dashboards.

TopicLadder is designed to be usable without an account. This policy explains what the static site does and what may change if ads or analytics are added later.
Local storage
The theme selector stores only the chosen theme name in the browser's local storage under topicladder.theme. This is used to keep the selected color scheme after reload.
Server logs
Like most websites, the server may record standard request information such as requested path, timestamp, status code, user agent, and IP address for security and reliability.
Downloads
Obsidian notes and Anki TSV files are static downloads. Downloading them does not require an account.
Support button
Pages with the coffee support strip load a button image from img.buymeacoffee.com when the browser displays that section. The link opens Buy Me a Coffee in a new tab; TopicLadder does not process payments on this site.
Advertising and cookies
Google ads are not currently enabled. If advertising is added, this page should be updated before launch to disclose advertising cookies and link to Google's advertising data information.
